During collection launches, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 2–5 business days

European Union: 3–10 business days

United Kingdom: 4–10 business days

United States: 5–12 business days

International: 5–15 business days

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Arina Linea is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other external factors.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Arina Linea is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, including eBooks and audiobooks, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
